By its own (though grossly underestimated) statistics, 1/3 of bullying in NSW Ambulance is perpetrated by senior management.
As proof of a commitment to actual change, and that the promises made are genuine, we ask the CEO of NSW Ambulance, Mr Dominic Morgan to disclose to the people of NSW the number of senior managers that have faced formal disciplinary action and/or been dismissed for unacceptable behaviour since the public apology and statement of a “turning point in the organisation” on 25th June 2018? If you believe the answer will be “zero”, it is definitely time for a Royal Commission. Please encourage your friends to sign the change.org petition and demand accountability. |
Here is a picture of Sir Frederick William Pottinger. He is rumoured to be the first person in history to be referred to as "Blind Freddy" for his failure to catch the outlaw Ben Hall. Together with Dominic Morgan (CEO of ANSW) he is also probably the only person in history that doesn't realise that the PSU is an inept, biased and failed group that needs to be disbanded immediately and its members referred to the ICAC. If this does not happen now a Royal Commission will ensure justice is served.

You cannot make a silk purse from a sow's ear. Throwing millions of dollars at the same broken, inept and morally bankrupt management culture of Ambulance NSW will not result in the sort of change needed. Creating support processes for staff after they have been bullied, harassed and discriminated against (by the same culture) is not a cure!!!!

Very insightful. The first decision of the "new direction" Ambulance NSW who promised to support staff and was given millions of dollars to do so, was to attempt to strip rural paramedics of their advanced skills and destroy their careers to save money. Hands up anyone who thinks they have learnt anything from the Parliamentary Inquiry?
A Royal Commission is long overdue and is the only way to change the players and fix what is broken. Ambulance NSW thinks they have escaped real scrutiny again and can resume business as usual once the spotlight is off them. |
Read the article that examines the events of the last day of Tony Jenkins. It points toward ANSW being engaged in a campaign to destroy Tony's reputation and protect the bullying behaviour of senior management.
